Logistics and export
We prepare the shipment from Morocco and deliver it under the Incoterm we agree: at our warehouse, to your carrier or at your address.
Common Incoterms

Routes and lead times
- Road: via Tanger Med and ferry to Spain, as groupage or full truckload to the rest of Europe.
- Sea: container from the ports of Agadir or Casablanca.
- Air or courier: for samples and high-value, low-volume products such as saffron.

Shipping documents
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Proof of origin: EUR.1 certificate or origin declaration, where applicable
- Certificate of analysis (COA) and safety data sheet (MSDS)
- Health certificates or other documents required by the destination, depending on the product
Preferential origin
Products of Moroccan origin that meet the rules of origin can benefit from the preferential tariff treatment of the EU-Morocco Association Agreement. Morocco has been part of the Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin (PEM) since 2012. For the United Kingdom, the association agreement between the United Kingdom and Morocco applies.
The proof of origin is the EUR.1 certificate or the origin declaration. Since 1 January 2026, in trade between the EU and Morocco the proof must state which rules have been applied: «REVISED RULES» or «TRANSITIONAL RULES». If this statement is missing or incorrect, customs may deny the preference. We check it on every shipment with our freight forwarder.
