What is BulkMaroc?
BulkMaroc is the B2B export line of Product Breeder. We supply brands, laboratories, distributors, spas and shops across Europe with natural products from Morocco (cosmetic oils, hammam cosmetics, saffron, spices and hemp seed derivatives), in bulk and private label, together with packaging for your brand. Our head office is in Essaouira, Morocco.
Which products do you export from Morocco?
Cosmetic oils (argan, prickly pear, nigella and hemp seed), natural and hammam cosmetics (ghassoul, beldi black soap, rose and orange blossom waters and hemp oil cosmetics) and food (Taliouine saffron, spices and blends, food-grade argan oil, and hemp seeds, flour and protein).
Are you manufacturers or distributors?
We are exporters. We select products from Moroccan cooperatives and producers, check every batch, pack it if needed and ship it consolidated. That way you can buy several products from a single contact.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and format. On each product page we give an indicative minimum order; for private label, the minimum is set per reference and container. Ask us for a quote and we will confirm it.
Can I ask for samples before buying?
Yes. You can request them from the samples page or from each product page. We will confirm the available products and the shipping cost, if any.
What documentation do you provide?
Depending on the product: certificate of analysis (COA) of the batch, safety data sheet (MSDS) and data sheet. Available certificates are shown on each product page. More details in Quality and documentation.
Do you handle the registration of my cosmetic in the EU?
No. In the EU each cosmetic needs a responsible person established in the EU, who is usually the brand or its importer. They prepare the product information file, the safety assessment and the notification on the CPNP portal. We give you the technical documentation of the ingredients and the packed product so that you can do it.
Do the products pay tariffs when entering the EU?
Products of Moroccan origin can benefit from the preferential treatment of the EU-Morocco Association Agreement if they meet the rules of origin, with an EUR.1 certificate or an origin declaration. Since 1 January 2026 that proof must state «REVISED RULES» or «TRANSITIONAL RULES». The tariff for each product depends on its customs code: check it on Access2Markets or with your customs agent. Which Incoterms do you work with?
Usually EXW, FCA and DAP, and CIF or CFR for sea shipments. We state it in the quote according to destination and volume.
Which languages can I speak with you in?
In Spanish, English, French and German, by email, WhatsApp or video call.
What is private label and how does it work?
It means selling a product under your brand. We select the product at source, pack it in the container, label and box you choose, and ship it to you. Your company, or your importer, acts as the responsible person for the cosmetic in the EU. Our guide to natural cosmetics private label walks you through the process step by step.
Do you also sell packaging?
Yes. We sell dropper bottles, jars, bottles and jerrycans in glass and plastic, doypack pouches, tins, boxes and rigid boxes, imported from China from selected suppliers. You can buy them together with your Moroccan products or separately.
What is the difference between virgin and deodorised argan oil?
Virgin oil is obtained only by pressing and filtering, and keeps its golden colour and a mild, characteristic smell. Deodorised oil starts from the pressed oil and has its odour compounds removed, so it is neutral. With perfume or delicate essential oils the deodorised one usually causes fewer problems; if argan is the star, the virgin one. Where is your office and where do you ship from?
Our head office is in Essaouira, Morocco. We ship from Morocco to Europe, with the Incoterm we agree with you.
